Office partitions
Illustrating some of the bespoke services available with our translucent composites is this installation featuring a series of fixed and sliding screens for meeting rooms at offices in The Qube in central London.
42mm thick panels of AIR-board Light Blue were manufactured for the fixed partitions and also for the larger sections of the sliding doors. Each door also has a clear vertical panel, fabricated from crystal clear acrylic, to provide a viewing pane into each meeting room (image right). When butt jointed together, the AIR-board core layer is visible via the viewing pane but in muted tones thanks to Satin Opal acrylic edging.
Nightclub bar top and columns
Black & Silver G700 makes a stunning bar top as showcased here at the G-A-Y club in Manchester. As with all our Glitters, the product dazzles in low lighting and, in this design, is further complemented by matching cladding on the columns.
Coated with PEERAGUARD® to provide protection from scratching and solvent cleaners, Black and Silver Glitter makes a cost effective and eye-catching alternative to more traditional materials for bars.

Restaurant - stair treads and counter
clear-PEP Stage is one of our most versatile products, designed for flooring applications but equally useful as partitions or counter tops.
Illustrating this versatility in action is a recent dual project undertaken by Pioneer Contract Furniture whose client, shisha restaurant Arabian Lounge, was looking for a staircase with a difference. clear-PEP Stage provided the answer and Pioneer Contract Furniture constructed the treads, underlit with colour changing LEDs.
clear-PEP Stage features again within the same building, this time in a Chunky Chicken restaurant as a durable counter front, edge lit with LEDs.

Restaurant bar front
New Spanish restaurant La Barca at Henley-on-Thames, features Glass-line panels of Marbles, Tortoise Shell M1000.
Our Glass-line Fabrication Option transformed the 3.2mm thick acrylic Marble into rigid panels ideally suited to the rigours of a bar front area. Simply fixed with aluminium spacers, the result gives a contemporary feel to the classic Tortoise shell pattern.

"Stacked Waters" - Atrium walls
A truly stunning combination of interior design and high art, Stacked Waters comprises 3,100 square feet of five shades of our acrylic Pearls cladding the walls of the Rapoport Atrium of the Blanton Museum of Art in Texas.
Three custom cast blue Pearls, together with White P1000 and Light Blue P6200, were laminated onto MDF and cut into long lengths. The strips were then fixed to the cavernous walls of the two-storey atrium in horizontal bands which fade from deep blue to white.
Stacked Waters creates what the artist designer, Teresita Fernandez, calls ”a colored abstraction” from which the viewer emerges at the top of the grand stair.
